Almost 30 years later, the chase resumes with the trailer for Twisters

The first trailer for Twisters, the long-awaited disaster movie, was released during the Super Bowl and gave audiences a glimpse of the weather action coming to the big screen this summer!

This is, of course, a sequel to the 1996 classic Twister, starring Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton on a high-stakes mission. The new film is based on the original Twister, as it should be.

Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Katy O’Brian and Brandon Perea join the cast of the film directed by Lee Isaac Chung.

The trailer and images unveiled promise an intense cinematic experience, certainly plunging audiences into the heart of the action and tension.

However, we’re surprised to find some of the same technologies used in the original film almost 30 years ago, but let’s give the film a chance to put our doubts to rest!

The film is scheduled for release on July 19, 2024.
