Democratic political strategist Jessica Tarlov has made it clear she is unwilling to entertain Donald Trump's inappropriate comments and actions. Tarlov, 42, serves as a rotating guest on FOX News's The Five and just revealed that Donald Trump recently sent her a gift. While she was starring on a new episode of MeidasTouch, Tarlov shared that Trump gifted her a customized Trump 2028 hat last Christmas. According to Tarlov, the gift felt both like an instigation and a statement. Donald Trump has been selling ‘Trump 2028' hats for more than a year, even though the US Constitution clearly states a president is limited to two terms in office.
According to Tarlov, the hat carried a message thanking Tarlov for her support. Tarlov has been one of Trump's most vocal critics on FOX News, and has faced online attacks from Trump's MAGA army for years. Sarcastic jokes aside, though, Tarlov believes that Trump will attempt to continue his presidency after 2027, whether it be through legal avenues or not. Tarlov believes Donald Trump will try to stick around in the White House, no matter how.

With Tarlov consistently starring on the only news program Donald Trump frequently watches, she is constantly attacked by the president. Tarlov's presence on FOX News has created dozens of social media posts from the president, and her comments clearly drive Trump up the wall. One of the best examples was Trump's meltdown after Tarlov released poll numbers showing Americans' disapproval of Trump. These poll numbers were circulated by every major news organization – not just FOX. Trump blew up on Truth Social, calling her a liar, insulting her voice, and later calling for FOX to take her off the air.

If Donald Trump tried to run in 2028, it would invoke the 22nd Amendment of the Constitution. Any ballot that contained the name Donald Trump could face massive litigation from political opponents. There would also most likely be widespread protests. The problem is, with Donald Trump owning such influence over American politics, it's entirely possible he could usher in another amendment to nullify the 22nd Amendment and successfully remove the restrictions that prevent him from serving a third term.
