Samurai have always been pretty cool in my opinion. While I’d be completely untrustworthy around a three-foot-long sword, I’ll just sit this one out and bask in the glory of people like Miyamoto Musashi, Japan’s most renowned swordsman. He’s the kind of guy you look at and think, “he must have been too cool to exist.” The craziest thing about him is how he uses psychological warfare on his enemies before taking them apart. But a lot of his story comes from legends, so historians debate basic facts like his birth date, for example. Take these stories with a healthy dose of salt and enjoy them!
