Billy Corgan’s loft resold… for 11M$!

Billy Corgan, the singer of the Smashing Pumpkins, sold his loft in Soho, New York in 2005 for $3.81 million. That same loft, built in 1883, which has been renovated, was put on the market, brace yourself, for $10.875 million.
