Ken Block lost his life doing what he loves most
Rally car driver Ken Block lost his life on Jan. 2, 2023, after a serious snowmobile accident that occurred at about 2 p.m. on a steep slope, where the snowmobile suddenly flipped over and landed on him.

Block, 55, co-founder of DC and racing icon, was in Utah with friends to ride his snowmobile. He actually shared photos of the “trip” on his Instagram account hours before the tragedy.

The report shared by the sheriff’s office states that Block was riding with a group, but was alone when the incident occurred. An incident that gave him no chance, he died immediately in a tragic way.

The automotive world is very saddened and affected by the loss of such a passionate man of heart as Kenneth Block, who will be incredibly missed.

Over the years, thanks to his videos and his passion for extreme sports, Block became a social media star, collecting millions of followers. Many of those followers were wearing Ken Block‘s “Monster” or “DC” colors.

Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton is one of the followers who is very saddened by the early departure of Ken Block, who lived his life to the fullest.

Block is survived by his wife Lucy and three children.

His 16 year old daughter, Lia, is following in her father’s footsteps as a pilot.
