The divorce between Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas is taking a turn for the worse, and now they're at war over the kids!
In particular, Sophie Turner has just taken legal action against her ex, who refused to let her take them back to their country of residence, England.

Since Joe Jonas filed for divorce, he's been in New York with the two children, and is reportedly adamantly refusing to let Sophie Turner return to England with them.
She's had enough… and is now asking the court to intervene, claiming that the couple had chosen in 2022 to make England the official place of residence for their little family!
In court documents obtained, the Game of Thrones star claims to want the immediate return of her illegally displaced or illegally detained children, and has done so since last September 20.
The couple and their two children had officially been living in England since April 10, after selling their home in Miami.
Joe Jonas took the world, including Sophie, by surprise when he filed for divorce, and since then, he seems intent on tarnishing Turner's image in order to gain custody of the children.
Sophie even claims to have been informed of Jonas's divorce application in the media, even though they had, according to her, only argued a few days earlier!
