3 people close to Donald Trump charged

On June 4, the Wisconsin Attorney General indicted three former Trump allies…

…for their involvement in the establishment of a fake voter list intended to distort the results of the 2020 elections.

They face a maximum sentence of six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

According to court documents, Kenneth Chesebro, Jim Troupis and Mike Roman are charged with one count each.

They allegedly gave forged Wisconsin election documents to a Pennsylvania congressman…

…who would in turn pass them on to former Vice President Mike Pence on January 6, 2021.

The three defendants in this case are due to appear in court on September 19.

If convicted, they would face a considerable prison sentence, likely to deter anyone considering doing the same in the 2024 elections.

Wisconsin joins Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Nevada in investigating similar plots to create fake voters.
