A Fyre Festival 2? Con man Billy McFarland thinks so!

“ Fyre Festival II is finally happening,” McFarland tweeted, as he just got out of jail after pleading guilty to defrauding investors and defrauding ticket buyers for the first Fyre Festival (which never really happened, other than in a catastrophic and dangerous form).

The entrepreneur actually served a four-year prison sentence in connection with the Fyre Festival, which was also the subject of a documentary on Netflix.

In addition to investors, McFarland had deceived many famous artists and spectators who had paid good money to travel to an island for the festival… whose facilities, access to food and water left much to be desired… or were downright non-existent.
