A meeting between Xi and Putin in Moscow!

Chinese leader Xi Jinping will travel to Moscow next week to meet with President Vladimir Putin.

The war in Ukraine would be at the heart of the talks according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

Xi’s visit to Moscow will reportedly take place from Monday to Wednesday.

As the war rages in Europe, the visit will certainly be seen as a strong demonstration of Beijing’s support for the Kremlin.

At their last virtual meeting, Putin described the relationship between the two countries as the “best in history”.
