Anne Hathaway celebrates five years of sobriety

Devil Wears Prada star Anne Hathaway marks her fifth year of sobriety, and says she’s very proud of herself!

In an interview with the New York Times, the star opened up about this milestone in her life, a subject she doesn’t often talks about.

In the same interview, the now 41-year-old admitted that drinking was probably a way for her to cope with feeling uncomfortable in her own body.

The Interstellar star also claims to have always known that alcohol wasn’t for her, but that she found it difficult and extreme to tell herself that she couldn’t drink at all.

Anne then concluded by saying that since she’s been sober, all is well!

The actress is also back at work with the new romantic comedy The Idea of You, on Prime!
