“My Mind & Me”: Selena Gomez addresses her bipolarity

“When I first came out, I didn’t know how I would deal with my diagnosis. What if it happened again? What if the next time, I couldn’t come back. I needed to keep learning about it, I needed to take it day by day,” Selena shared in an excerpt from her documentary.

A documentary that will be launched in just a few days, November 4, and is highly anticipated by her fans!

In addition, Gomez offers a new song associated with the release of the project, and which has the same title, My Mind & Me.

It will be available on November 3rd, at 8am!

The pop star has always been transparent with her fans and her documentary has given her the chance to open up about topics that are sometimes difficult for her, she also revealed.

Although the singer and actress admitted to feeling stressed about the release of her documentary and the things she said in it, she wanted to talk about her illness to encourage people to talk about their own stories and show them that things can work out!

Selena also says that the documentary was never supposed to be about such personal things, but that the project took on a different turmoil naturally and gradually as the production progressed.

So it’s a date on AppleTV+, November 4th!
