Trump wants UFC fight on White House grounds

The President of the United States has announced his intention to organize a series of events on the White House grounds next year, to celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence.

Among the events announced, Trump has said he wants to hold a UFC gala on the White House grounds, an initiative that will no doubt serve as a great spotlight for his close ally, Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White.

Trump made the announcement at a rally in front of his supporters, according to Forbes, as he celebrated the passage of his “Big Beautiful Bill” in the House of Representatives there.

He said he was working with Dana White on preparations for a “championship fight” type event, adding that he expected to welcome up to 25,000 people to the White House grounds.

Dana White was thrilled with the announcement as he rushed to repost a video of the president on Instagram. “This will be EPIC!” said White.

This isn’t the only event planned on presidential grounds: at the same rally, Trump also announced his intention to hold the “Patriot Games” there, a competition, he claimed, featuring America’s greatest athletes.

After the Tesla infomercials, Trump seems determined to turn the White House grounds into an open-air political theme park.
