Kevin Spacey released on bail
Kevin Spacey was released on bail this morning (June 16) by the Westminster court in England.The actor faces four counts of assault on three men. He was also charged with forcing someone to have a relationship without their consent.

The former star of the TV series House of Cards made his first court appearance wearing a blue suit and black-rimmed glasses with a smile Thursday morning.

The 62-year-old is accused of assaulting a man, and forcing him into a relationship without consent in August 2008, two counts of assaulting a man in March 2005 and a final count of assaulting a man in April 2013.

Kevin Spacey spoke only to give his name and address. Later, the magistrate referred the case to the Southwark Crown Court for July 14.

He was not asked to plead his case and was released on unconditional bail.

Kevin Spacey has won two Oscars in his career and is known for his roles in The Usual Suspects, American Beauty and the Netflix political drama House of Cards.

Kevin Spacey‘s setbacks began on the heels of the#MeToo movement. ActorAnthony Rapp accused Spacey of making advances toward him in1986, when Rapp was only 14 years old.

As a result of these accusations,Kevin Spacey had to pay a record fine to the producers of the TV seriesHouse of Cards. They had to rewrite the script of the last season and shorten the series because of the actor’s dismissal.
