On February 28, North Korean state media published a photo of Kim Ju Ae, the daughter of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, firing a rifle with a scope. This previously unseen photo fuels speculation that the teenager could succeed her father as the country’s leader.
Kim Jong Un presented new precision rifles to senior party and military officials, KCNA reported, without mentioning Ju-ae, describing the gesture as a sign of appreciation and “absolute trust.”

The North Korean leader then went with the officials in question to a shooting range, where he also fired a rifle and took a group photo, the news agency reported.
